    Food was great .. The jalapeño poppers are amazing and the honey biscuits ?! Wow !  

    Drive Thru is the way to go here , the establishment is not so clean.

    Its a bit complicated to place your order because of the language barrier, but not a big deal.

    I'm not one to give bad reviews. I try not to anyway but... Dang.

    Where to start. I went on a Wednesday after work. Around 6:30. The place was not busy at all. I order spicy chicken to which they told me there was a 30 min wait for that. I'm like ok then, let me try the smoke house chicken. There was go in going to be a 20 min delay on that.

    What to do.

    I decided to get the regular chicken and just get hot sauce on the side. When I was given my drink I was informed that they were out of straws, I'm thinking to myself, are you freaking serious. Fine. Give me my darn Dr Pepper.

    While I'm looking for a place to sit  I realized the place is filty with food on the floor. Then while eating a girl comes in and asks if she can use the restroom to which she was told that the restroom is out of service.

    Later on some one else comes in with a kid and they were allowed to use the restroom. I almost spoke up and called them out on it.

    Summary. Food was OK-Ish, however you will never find me eating at this particular establishment ever again.

    I'm not talking about the chain, I'm talking about this one particular franchise/restaurant.

    PS. I had asked my food for here, did they give me my food for here, hell no; they gave me my food to go. I say screw them and screw that.

    This place is horrible. They never have chicken it's always around 20 minute way. Had to leave without my biscuit since it was a 10 minute wait and I was in a rush. They need to manage this place better. I wouldn't come here.  There's more food options across the street.
